If you paid your order during our working time,usually, you can get it within 15 mins-2 hours,
If we are not online,usually,you can get it within 12 hours,hope you can understand and wait patiently.As for weekend,we will reply later on 1~2 days
Q3:Does your lines stably and quickly?
We have our professional engineers team,our server is always stable; more lines can get more locked channels.
Q4:How to put the Server IP / URL,Port,Username,Password into my decoder ?
For example,the lines is " C:Host 1+88888+cmtk4629+250836 ",so Server IP / URL is Host 1,Port is 88888,Username is cmtk4629,Password is 25083, Pls remember that do not need to put C:
Q5:If i buy a valid lines in your store,can i receive all channels completely ?
It is not universial,but it can unlocked large partial satellite locked channels.
Q6: How do I know my decoder work well with lines(CS Protocol) ?
1.Your decoder must support DVB-S2 and IKS 2.Your decoder must connect to network by wireless(WIFI) or wired LAN 3.Need to put the lines format correctly
